Anyone who wishes to see Dr Yez requires a referral from their General Practitioner (GP) before a consultation.
For Health Professionals
Health professionals can refer patients to Dr Yez by providing an up-to-date referral letter. Referrals can be sent directly to either The Lotus Institute or QLD Breast Care Centre via email, fax or secure messaging via Medical Objects.
Dr Yez welcomes referrals for both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Cosmetic breast procedures, skin cancer management, hand surgery (including WorkCover), post-weight loss body contouring and facial aesthetic surgeries can be referred to Dr Yez at The Lotus Institute.
Dr Yez receives referrals for aesthetic and reconstructive breast procedures at QLD Breast Care Centre.
